Refunds

Refunds for in-game purchases are available under the following conditions.

• Refunds are available if there are technical issues with the game.
• Unauthorized transactions can be reviewed for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@sharkpocket.in with your game ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund.
The Refund Will Be processed within 24 hours to the requester’s account.

It can take up to 3 to 7 business days for the funds to be credited in your bank account.

If the purchase was made on Google Play or the Apple App Store, please refer to their specific refund policies.
